Nate Szejnuik
Data Science Manager
Nate’s experience in applied data visualization for practical community-based applications was honed during his 20+ years of naval service and applied in his years of his post-naval service. Much of his naval career was spent in operational public health, preventive medicine, occupational health, industrial hygiene, and mass causality response operations. During this service he managed mass malaria prevention programs and had US 2nd Fleet medical appointments to the Pediatric Lead Poisoning Prevention Program in the Far East.
This experience, and his post-military experiences as an Industrial Hygiene Support Consultant, a Global Systems Administrator, and a Disaster Management Coordinator for The University of North Carolina Health Care System, laid the groundwork for the initial product design and development discussions for Warrior Centric Health’s WarriorMark™.
Nate earned his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health from East Carolina University. Service has always been a part of Nate’s DNA. He is a Boy Scouts of America volunteer, a volunteer for the American Red Cross, and a K-12 youth soccer and chess coach. Nate and his wife have two children and three grandchildren.
